Scenic hiking, walking and biking trails and paths wind throughout our 8,000-acre community for the casual stroller or serious hiker. The Wildcat Recreation Center, in addition to an adult and a delightful children’s swimming pool, features a baseball field, soccer field, basketball court, Bocce’ courts, horseshoe pitching, playground equipment and a large covered pavilion with a stone fireplace for small or large gatherings.
We have loved being a part of the “Dinner for Eight” program where eight people get together once a month for four months to share meals and entertainment. It is a fantastic way for newcomers to meet new friends and connect with the community! A wonderful multi-denominational chapel is a center for numerous spiritual and entertainment activities. An outdoor terraced amphitheater with a marble stage provides summer musical and performing art entertainment, and annual events such as the “Legacy of Caring Big Canoe Tour of Homes” and an OktoberFest and Craft Show.
